US Fish & Wildlife Service National Wetlands Inventory Wetlands Mapper
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is the principal Federal agency that provides information to the public on the extent and status of the Nation's wetlands. The agency has developed a series of topical maps to show wetlands and deepwater habitats. This geospatial information is used by Federal, State, and local agencies, academic institutions, and private industry for management, research, policy development, education and planning activities.
NYS DEC Environmental Resource Mapper
The Environmental Resource Mapper is an interactive mapping application that can be used to identify some of New York State's natural resources and environmental features that are state protected, or of conservation concern.
Traditional Hardcopy Wetlands Maps
To assist landowners the District maintains an inventory of NYSDEC protected wetlands maps. The maps are based on USGS topo quads and are available in blue-line format.
Maps are available for pickup at the office for $10.00 or can be mailed for $13.00.
