Program Theme:
The 12th annual Schoharie Watershed Summit is focused on Managing Water Quality in a Living Watershed: Putting the Pieces Together in the Schoharie Basin. This year’s program will cover the history of the building of the Schoharie Reservoir and the Gilboa Dam, the incredible engineering of the NYC water supply system, and the basics in natural stream processes and stream management.
Program Information:
This FREE event will take place at the Hunter Elementary School on Saturday, April 7th, from 9:00am-2:30pm. Come early! Doors open at 8:00am for sign-ins and morning refreshments. All registered attendees will receive free morning refreshments and lunch.
